Warehouse Officer

Byte Lab is a Zagreb-based technology company developing and manufacturing advanced electronic products for clients across multiple industries. We work on projects from early prototypes through serial production, with our team cooperating daily with suppliers, distributors, component manufacturers, engineering and manufacturing partners around the world.

We are looking for Warehouse officer with experience managing and optimizing warehouse operations, ensuring smooth inventory processes, and supporting the overall logistics workflow.

Your Responsibilities:

• Receiving electronic components and raw materials.
• Performing incoming quality control of components.
• Preparing electronic components for production.
• Conducting inventory checks post-production.
• Organizing the warehouse space.
• Packaging electronic modules for shipment.
• Collaborating with procurement and logistics departments.
• Assisting in the production of electronic devices.
• Supporting tasks in the assembly process of electronic modules.

What we’re looking for:

• Basic knowledge of electronic components.
• Experience in managing warehouse processes and organizing inventory.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Active use of ERP systems for inventory tracking, procurement, and logistics processes (e.g., ERPNext, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) – nice bonus but not necessary.
• Proficiency in English.
• Adaptability to change, dynamic environments, and efficient task resolution.
• Independence and a proactive approach.
