If you want to lead electronics development teams that build cutting-edge sports gadgets or large-scale IoT products, this is your chance! We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our newly formed PM Office. If you thrive on coordinating teams, managing embedded software and hardware projects, and ensuring smooth project execution, we’d love to hear from you.

What will you do:

  • check icon Manage one or more electronics development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • check icon Collaborate and coordinate cross-functional team, including software engineers, hardware designers, mechanical engineers and QA team
  • check icon Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables specific to embedded systems
  • check icon Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring alignment with business goals
  • check icon Communicate effectively with stakeholders/customers to provide regular progress updates
  • check icon Translate and divide customer requirements into tasks
  • check icon Monitor, control and escalate when needed to make sure that everything goes forward
  • check icon Make sure that the work is done on time, within budget, and to an expected quality standard
  • check icon Collaborate with other TPMs to optimize project management processes and workflows for embedded systems development

Qualifications needed:

  • check icon 3+ years of experience in project management, specifically in IT development companies or a strong background in software/hardware development with a strong desire to transition into project management.
  • check icon Ablility to take over responsiblity and ownership
  • check icon Good understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.) with a knowledge of how to choose and adapt appropriate technology to the project and customer
  • check icon Experience working with project management tools (Jira, Monday or similar)
  • check icon Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • check icon Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • check icon Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • check icon Willingness to learn and grow
  • check icon Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Bonus points for:

  • check icon CAPM, PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications
  • check icon Hands-on experience with software development, hardware design, or IoT technologies
  • check icon Knowledge of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded development tools
  • check icon Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability
