We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our newly formed PM Office. If you thrive on coordinating teams, managing embedded software and hardware projects, and ensuring smooth project execution, we’d love to hear from you.
What will you do:

Manage one or more electronics development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results

Collaborate and coordinate cross-functional team, including software engineers, hardware designers, mechanical engineers and QA team

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables specific to embedded systems
-
Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring alignment with business goals
-
Communicate effectively with stakeholders/customers to provide regular progress updates
-
Translate and divide customer requirements into tasks
-
Monitor, control and escalate when needed to make sure that everything goes forward
-
Make sure that the work is done on time, within budget, and to an expected quality standard

Collaborate with other TPMs to optimize project management processes and workflows for embedded systems development
Qualifications needed:
-
3+ years of experience in project management, specifically in IT development companies or a strong background in software/hardware development with a strong desire to transition into project management.

Ablility to take over responsiblity and ownership

Good understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.) with a knowledge of how to choose and adapt appropriate technology to the project and customer

Experience working with project management tools (Jira, Monday or similar)

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)

Willingness to learn and grow

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Bonus points for:

CAPM, PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications

Hands-on experience with software development, hardware design, or IoT technologies
-
Knowledge of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded development tools
-
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability
